Updated data on the total volume of hospital emergency department visits, including the volume of patient visits admitted to hospital as well as those treated as outpatients only from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. Updated the percentage of emergency department visits where patients left before being seen or against medical advice as well for October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010.
